Unlike many other online jewellers Aspens have a physical retail shop in Woodbridge Suffolk offering Antique Jewellery, Vintage Jewellery and Pre Owned Jewellery alongside new Engagement rings, Wedding Bands, Watches and accessories, backed up by knowledgeable staff and an experienced onsite jewellery workshop.

Our shop on Church Street Woodbridge is a relaxed retail environment where people can come without any pressure for some advice or just to browse the latest collections “You won’t feel rushed or pressured into things and we only want you to buy something if you are 100% happy”.

This is the first time I have used Aspens and I have to say I am amazed at the service they provided for my recent purchase. Matthew in particular went out of his way to help me both with additional information and additional photos of the item I was buying. Furthermore once the item had been purchased on line I was kept informed of its delivery status at all times both with Royal Mail tracking and emails from Aspens. It is so good to see in the internet age that a family business can provide this service and also sell on line. The item itself was exactly as advertised when it was delivered the next day.
